What does ImageAI do?
ImageAI provides AI background removal, image enhancement, and 2×/4× image upscaling with single-image and batch workflows.
Which account do I use to sign in?
ImageAI uses your shared ImageAI Account. Authentication is handled centrally, so ImageAI does not maintain a separate password database.
How do payments work?
ImageAI sells one-time credit packs only, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Checkout and billing are processed centrally by Sairik Labs LLC.
Where can I use ImageAI credits?
ImageAI credits work across currently available ImageAI tools. Credit use can vary by operation, resolution, and upscale setting, and the estimate is shown before processing.
Are credits charged for failed jobs?
Eligible credits are refunded automatically when a job fails. Payment refunds, disputes, and credit validity may affect the amount or timing. Check processing history for the refund status.
Which file types are supported?
JPG, PNG, and WebP are currently supported. File-size, pixel, and output limits are shown in the tool interface.
What does a credit purchase unlock?
Any credit purchase permanently unlocks higher upload, batch, concurrency, and retention limits. Compare the current access levels above.
Do purchased credits expire?
Purchased credits never expire. If promotional or free credits have a separate deadline, the account will show it clearly.
How long are results retained?
The access table shows the current retention period. Each result in history also shows its individual download deadline.
Are uploads used for model training?
Private customer uploads and results are not used to train ImageAI models unless separately authorized. Trust
